Visions of the Great One
I cried out to the angel of He who comforts,
And I looked and behold the earth!
How beautiful she is – as if being healed
And to the right of the earth was the face of the angry one
Almost as large as the earth itself
Red were his eyes, full of rage towards the earth
Red flames adorned his face as if painted on markings
Blackness also lined his markings
He was known to me by many names through history
Symbols were of his adornment,
with a crown like that of a helmet made to praise his pride
And I looked again,
and behold to the left of the earth
Crafts and ships uncountable
Heading towards the earth
Circular in nature
Silver and white with ever speed to approach
Light was being broken by the force of their speed
Then I was taken close to the earth
There I saw great smoke from the west
As if a furnace under the earth was lit
It shook the earth and streamed smoke across the country
As a streamer all the way to the east coast
But the land above and below was clear
And I looked then to the boarders of the sea
Of the great nation of the Eagles Wings
There ships surrounded the borders
Of her Might were they there
Grey and White in colors
Set not to war, but to serve
As if her peoples had come home.
Then I saw what I did not comprehend
Rectangular monuments of stone
As if alters to darkness
Wiped clean of blood
They covered the face of the earth
Here and there could they be seen
Even in the oceans on islands
And I marvelled as they melted before my eyes
Back into the earth were they taken to be destroyed
Then I was taken further out
There did I see the Face of the Great One
Behind the earth with His hands stretched out
Pointing as to the face on the right
And the fleet on the left
His robes where white as light
His face shined with grace and comfort
His countenance was one of protection and care
His message was a smile of compassion and friendship
And Behold!
I was backed further away
And there was a Spirit unlike all things known to me
Not visible but felt utterly without question
It surrounded all things and was all things
This was as the power behind the Great One
Suddenly I was filled with love
My fears swept away from me in an instant
My heart cried out to be near the Great One and
He who watched over the Great One
