The Great Bowl and the Beast
I called out my Father in Heaven,
that I may be comforted by His spirit.
I looked an behold, a great white bowl was held in two hands
It was adorned at the top with half circles crossing over each other
The rim and base were lined with gold
There I saw a great war in heaven
between the hosts of heaven itself
And the enemies of life
And the bowl was poured out upon the enemies of life
Its substance of that which looked like honey
Shining and thick
And the dark ones ran to collect the substance
And devour it for themselves
But they became stuck in the depths of it
And were forced all together inside of it
And some of the leaders of earth did likewise
Seeking all the they could gather for themselves
And they were stuck all together, unable to hide from one another
And Behold again!
A great shaking in the core of the earth
The inhabitants did not take notice save a few
Deep inside her did she move
The oceans did sway as her floors cracked open
And there underneath did a great and fearsome beast awaken from its sleep
Its head had 7 horns, laid back as a feathered Chief
She opened her mouth with teeth of a dragon
And swallowed up entire whales and sharks
With eyes that of a predator
And claws that of a warrior
Her skin impenetrable as an armored turtle shell
Even her tail was that of war
I wondered if she be friend or foe
And was reminded not to marvel at her
This too shall be for the good
To those who Love God and Keep the commands of the Christ
