Nagusitu Zen
The lives who answer seek
Drifts not amidst the light
Nor shadows tell of meaning tact
Without the fall of hindered grace
How frail we are with wanting
Always another play on the horizon
To quell the fear of nothing just
Inside the toil of stale mastery
Hear me hear me they all say
Listen listen is what they do
Of knowing not they do not know
Of hiding all they expose the real
Inside a system of systems fail
Outside a truth of truth believed
The seeking takes that which they want
The wanting loses all they have
Is freedom found without it known?
Is liberty a praise bygone?
From dust to dust the answer shown
To darkened eyes of disbelief
You may not know the rite of words
Its meaning loses meaning tell
But they who raise back from the dead
Wait patiently upon the sound
So it is said
The blood of my blood is life
And the life of my life is spirit
The mind of this thought in mind
Bares the heart of the very first men
For writhe and rack of Solomon verb
Lay barren to untold ears
In the speaking of such is just so
That the lesson becomes the answer
To this end I prattle on
And scribe the past into the now
Bringing present to future well
Connecting time to time of yours
But it shall not be in vain upset
As it was
As it is
As it will be
Nor left in riddle without a cause
Beside these words of trumpet
For of plain speak has called my call
And brought delivery of command
Rest assured it will make sense
In time the passages alight
Until that day of choice present
Keep watch on eye and soul
