Words of the Soul
From the heart, the mouth speaks,
But the hand proves the intent.
All movement on earth,
is a word in Heaven.
All action in body,
is a calculated intent of the heart.
All that seems trivial,
is recorded as your meaning.
Your life is measured in your heart,
which is known by your actions,
and resulted in your fruits.
The words of our mouth are as an idea in Heaven,
Only the actions we take do Speak in the spirit.
Turn your head, you have spoken,
Raise your fist, you have spoken,
Scratch your chin, you have spoken,
walk, and you have spoken in Heaven.
The very host of Heaven,
and those who have gone before,
are witness to our works.
oh, how we pride ourselves on our concepts and thoughts,
oh, how we flutter about concerning our self righteousness,
oh how we judge another by the laws in our head,
oh how we desire that others accept our proclamations of love!
Hearing with ears that Heaven does have,
and Seeing with Eyes that Heaven does own,
the chronic obsession of man can be known by a child.
Argue as you will,
Convince who you can,
Plan what you desire.
It means nothing to your spirit,
only the flesh
it means nothing to another,
only to their flesh
Talk endlessly,
Write endlessly,
Think endlessly.
It creates nothing in spirit,
which creates emptiness in flesh.
We remember the men who DID live their life.
We honor those who DID DO.
We cherish the things that one DOES for us.
We hope for our dreams to HAPPEN.
What matters to us has been the fruits of our labors
as intent of the heart manifest in action.
The tree which bares bad fruit… is death.
The man who hides his talent… is dying.
The good shepherd GOES and finds the lost sheep.
The parodical son RETURNS home.
We take stock in the words of man,
and listen to his unheard rambling.
But Heaven watches him who does works,
and knows the very moment of his rest in bed.
Think for today,
that even the sway of your walk is a conversation in Heaven.
Think for today,
that even the touching of your hair has meaning to the soul.
Think for today,
that when you sit or you stand
or turn or go straight,
or you are indoors or out,
or you stretch or you flop,
or even when you slightly move your fingers…
What have you said of your life?
What have you spoke to your spirit?
What have you made real in Heaven?
What have you shown God of your Purpose?
A star is born by action,
a tree is tall by growing,
a mouth is fed by eating,
a touch is felt by touching,
a love is known by giving,
Reality is made by what is made real.
The SPIRIT is where our eternity is.
Our works determine the fate of our moment
On earth.
