God as the Ultimate Provider – Both abundance and lack serve as reminders that God is the source of all things. Prosperity teaches us gratitude, while loss reveals our dependence on Him alone.
The Burden of Life Without God – A life disconnected from God leads to fear, anger, self-righteousness, and striving for control. In contrast, trusting in God brings peace, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of life’s beauty.
The Expression of God Through Humanity – Our talents, passions, and contributions—whether in art, science, or craftsmanship—are reflections of God’s gifts, meant to be shared with one another as part of a greater divine purpose.
Praise and Gratitude for God's Presence – Recognizing that we belong to God fosters humility, joy, and trust. Every moment of love, peace, and connection is a direct gift from Him, reinforcing our place in His divine plan.

Belonging
All things belong to God. Every talent we have, every breath we take, every beat of our heart, every step we walk, belongs to God. It is our existence and given to us, that we may experience God.
God is that which gave us every meal we ate, and each moment of rest. Peace we experience is a gift from God, and joy is the reward of it found only because of God. Everything in our hand was given to us, and not one thing did we make and give to ourselves. Not one thing was not here before us, nor here because of us, but because of God.
The birds of the air, the blades of grass, the sun, moon, all of the universe, sky, earth and waters are all Gods. Every animal and every rock, came from God and shown to us that we may know God and the works of God.
When we have many things, can we see how all of them were given by God, and presented to us that we may understand and comprehend the nature of love and giving. And when we are without, and lose, and find nothing in our hand, are we presented with the truth that there is God, and God alone who is the giver, so that we may rely on God for life and not things. What greater love is there than to see nothing but God, and remember the reality of the nature of life that all things are from God?
What a terrible burden it is to be without God. For the nature of life without God is to carry a yoke of fear, anger, wrath, vengeance, self pity, self-righteousness, a need to be right and to make others wrong, a need to be better than everyone else, gossip, lashing out, complaining, competition and strife; struggle and striving to gain all things that can freely be given to us by God if we knew it was God who gave all things! Terror is the way of self, with restlessness, discomfort of the soul, perpetual angst against life, and punishment of self is the reward of it. Such it is to believe we are a power alone.
But the way of God is an awesome awakening of spirit. How we hear the word of God in all things and all people, how we see the prowess of life and beauty of the little things, simply because we trust in God to provide! For it is God who provided all, and not one of us made what is here, not even ourselves did we make. The way of God inspires, humbles, creates wonder and hope, brings forth ideas and knowledge, leads us in our experiences to wisdom and the sharing of wisdom.
The strength in us all is God, the voice in us is God, our form and shape and works are because of what God gave to us. The music we play, the art and passion we express are all from things of God, and the talent to express such is a gift from God in order that we express it for our fellows. They, of other talents and thoughts, in turn teach and expose us to greater and alternative forms of the nature of God such as science, and craft, and the growing of things and the building of things. All that we would share the many facets of God with one another to share in a world of greatness with one another.
Of myself, am I but a soul experiencing each and every day that unfolds without my design or control. Even nature teaches us such, physics teaches us such, happenstance and circumstance teach us such, and most assuredly do others reveal they are not ours to control without having to lie or manipulate or bind with chains. All three of which are from the realm without God, and full of futility and vanity. But he who knows the source of his life, has no need to control any other, or design for any other what they should or should not be, as it is God who gives or does not give to them what they are.
Praise God for all His gifts, and for each and every breath of experience we do have. Praise God for all we have loved, and enjoyed and are inspired to do! Praise God for what was taken, so that we remember Him. And Praise God for exposing His spirit in our fellows who shine light in each and everyday for us to witness too. Every hug, every pleasantry, every moment of peace and serenity, every moment of love – direct gifts from God.
I am God’s, as even my life is His, just as everything in my life is God’s, so too am I. Praise God that what is given to me belongs with me by God’s decree, and praise God that what is not with me does not belong with me by God’s decree.
Praise God, that we belong to God.
