A Kingdom Not of This World

The Unseen Struggles of the Faithful Those who seek God often endure trials of rejection, injustice, and hardship, yet their sacrifices go unseen by the world while being fully known to God.

The Contrast Between Worldly and Divine Judgment The world rewards selfishness and pride, while God values humility, love, and selfless giving, promising a greater reward beyond this life.

The Depth of True Forgiveness and Love Genuine love and forgiveness come not from men but from God, who sees the hearts of those who give without recognition and love without return.

The Certainty of Divine Justice While the world may overlook righteousness, God accounts for all things, ensuring that every act of faith, love, and endurance will be acknowledged and rewarded.

The Promise of God’s Kingdom The struggles of this life are temporary, and those who remain steadfast in faith will one day experience perfect peace, love, and justice in God’s eternal kingdom.

A Kingdom Not of This World

Who in earnest asks their Father for forgiveness and receives it not?

Who in deceit asks their Father for forgiveness and receives it?

Who cries out in the night, haunted by abuses lost to memory, with only the pain left to consider?

Who cries out in the day, vexed by the riddles of the selfish, with only their weakness to comfort them?

Who seeks acceptance more than they who perform to perfection lest they be damned by others?

Who seeks love more than they who give great love without any outward acknowledgment?

Who seeks peace more than they who are demanded peace by those who seek war?

Who needs a friend more than they who are seeking another’s goodness?

Who needs serenity more than they who are asked for the impossible?

Who needs hope more than they who offer vision to the blind scoffer, music to the deaf mocker and wisdom to the ignorant rebel?

Who needs comfort more than they who have no rest from others asking comfort?

Who needs help more than they who never cease helping others?

Who needs faith more than those surrounded by the self entitled?

Indeed these are great horrors on the earth. We have witnessed them all, we have endured them all, we have found no satisfaction among men.

As there are children requiring their father’s door – yet no door is open to them.

As there are children abusing their father’s trust – yet no trust is found in them.

As there are many awaken suddenly in the night, crying out in grave desperation – and know not even why!

As there are many lost within a day, screaming out at the wrath of the self centered who bring nothing but decay to their lives.

As even many try and try and try to satisfy what is put before them – yet unless done perfect are they ridiculed and unless done as demanded they are condemned.

As so many give and give and give – who are scolded and blamed for all another does not have – though they have more than the giver.

And even more who present all paths of peace, who are challenged by others of war only to discredit them.

As many offer their hand in friendship but know only the judgment of their performance by those who are self centered.

As many build a life of beautiful dreams only to have it stolen by they whom they trusted.

As many hope and dream and share their good spirit – to a world that loves darkness and hates light.

As many lose all they have – even their dignity – for those who demand their own life be gifted at the expense of others.

As many offer all they have to help in good faith and humanity – only to be punished and abused for doing so.

As many seek God and seek mercy and relief in a world hell bent on taking all it can and destroying whom all they can.

These things the world calls good.

But they are not good, nor shall they last.

These are those the ancients called wicked. Not of their presence, their tools, their clothing or rituals… but of their heart. For in their heart is not found justice nor understanding nor humility… and not from ignorance, but by choice. For the ignorant have yet to choose, knowing not yet the other side. But they presented both – remaining self seeking and destructive, have chosen it as theirs.

So to they who seek true forgiveness
And they who cry out in the night
And in the day
And they who give unseen
And love without return
And pray to God of their earthly hardship…

It is not man or woman, child or flesh of any kind that will ever know the full depths of your great spirit.

But there is one who sees all, accounts for all, and who will make all things right and perfect and true for eternity…

That one is God – our Father

And while here on earth shall we witness such insanity and doubt and spiritual corruption on every level.

But to the place we go shall we know far more of the wealth of the spirit and in perfect harmony with life, forever. We will know peace always, not just moments. We shall know love always, not just fleeting passions. We shall know all things and not one thing will go without acknowledgement, nor without truth.

Yet even now I, a simple man, see your works and your effort and your heart and your faith, and even now many of us acknowledge you also to God. Not that God is unaware, but because we also do love you and see the love of God within you.

I see your endurance and strength, your hope and faith, your righteous love and desire for peace.

And if a lowly man, such as I, can see such beautiful things within you.how much greater than does God see?

And if a simple man, such as I, am moved by your struggles to hang onto your faith, how much greater does God see your humility and grace?

Great shall be your reward – for you gave when you had nothing – and you loved when you knew not love, and you made peace when none made peace with you.

May God’s peace be with you today. For His Kingdom is at hand.
