Does not the heart create what it wants?
Or the mind
Does it not dream as it wishes?
Even the desire of things
Is it not made for the thing of desire?
Who, while seeking great life and joy
Finds only darkness and sorrow
But he who has deceived himself?
And Who upon discovering his own deception
Changes any other thing
Besides his own understanding of his seeking?
Who, while seeking destruction and pain
Finds only peace and serenity
But he who has deceived himself?
For the turning over of rocks
And the travel to many places
Indeed the chambers of darkness
And the vastness of Light
Reveals in itself a long journey of toil
Yet who can avoid it
If they desire understanding?
But it was found in all I did
That what was destroyed
I did destroy
and what was created
I did create
and what was given
I did receive
and what was taken
I did release
For outside of me is there not found
Answers
As indeed even when given to
Must it be already within to comprehend
And even when spoken to
Must it be already within to hear
And even when shown
Must my understand precede
Have we not seen those who create misery
Only to complain of their misery?
Have we not seen those who create peace
Only to wish to share peace?
Have we not seen those who sow discord
Only to blame of discord?
Have we not seen those who reap selfishly
Only to harvest great sorrow
While cursing all others
Never to see their own heart?
Have we not seen those who create love
Share abundantly in that love?
For the world is a realm of layers
Full of truth and untruth
Of those who create truth
And they who create untruth
So that they would gain both
By the giving of what’s real and unreal
So that all would gain both
Of either a reality or a darkness
So much So
That no logic exists in the world
Neither can wisdom be found within her
Truly it is again our creation
As witnessed by all who observe her
Yet, who can give
And who can receive
Except again they who already have
And they who already do not have?
For they who have, find more
And they who have not, find less
The blind to self cannot see
Nor can the deaf to self hear
Any further than their own hearts
Desire
Let not ourself be deceived
For in such a thing
Is all manner of violence against another
For I can experience the rain
And all of its blessings
Or all of its curses
Simply by choice
But they self deceived blame another
Punish another
And cause pain to another
That they themselves have chosen
Of their own desire in their own heart
Is there any other answer to why?
In this another who creates
Created destruction for another
And in finding no answer from their hate
Created greater hate by blind choice
Of theses avoid – unless you also seek hardship
May they one day choose differently.
And they who desire peace in their heart
Give acceptance to another
And cause unity with another
That they themselves have chosen
By their own desire
Is there any other answer to why?
In this another who creates
Created love and understanding
And in finding both within themselves
Created brotherhood and strength with another
Of these are as a spiritual family
May you choose to meet many along the way
What I seek – I do find
And what I desire – I do have
And what those things may be
Are by the choice in my heart
Is it any wonder
That two who separate a bond
Create nothing
And two who join together in a bond
Can create another life?
