The Role of Poetry in Thought and Expression Poetry is the art of fully embracing an idea, wearing it like a cloak, and exploring it to its deepest extent. It allows for bold expression, uninhibited by societal constraints, and serves as a vital means of uncovering truth and wisdom.

The Decline of Independent Thought Modern society has become dull, homogenized, and controlled by political correctness, empty entertainment, and biased media. The repetition of shallow narratives has weakened critical thinking, leading to intellectual stagnation and the loss of true discourse.

The Duty of the Poet and Thinker Poets and scholars of the past sought to protect the right to explore ideas freely. Their role was not to judge individuals but to examine principles—exposing those that lead to destruction and elevating those that bring peace, wisdom, and growth.

The Power of Peace and Wisdom True peace is not passive but a warrior’s armor against darkness, lies, and madness. It requires strength, courage, and the willingness to stand for truth, even when it is difficult or unpopular. Wisdom chooses those who seek it, and poetic thought serves as a beacon to those ready to receive it.

The Responsibility to Speak and Defend Thought The freedom to explore, express, and discover meaning is essential to the human experience. The poet’s mission is to ensure this right remains protected, challenging the world’s false narratives while standing boldly for peace and truth until the final breath.

I am fully aware that I write some pretty whacky stuff. But see, THAT is exactly what poetry or poetic verse style expression is all about.

And it is far more important than I formerly realized.

It is a putting on of a concept to its fullest degree, to take a vision quest as far as it can go, and see where it may lead. It is to literally “wear” the idea as a cloak or garment and walk around in that world. To glean every morsel of information, lesson, or wisdom out of a journey that may be found.

Our world has gotten homogenized and sensitized and politically and socially correct to the point of dull and boring thought and expression. Music has become a repetition of nonsensical self promotion and sickening lyrics of “I’m great and you suck”. News is pre-formatted to fit into a larger hidden agenda, and those who present as the alternative in mainstream are just loudmouths with attitudes that somehow present as though their attitude alone is proof of their side being correct. Large media companies try to be “woke” while others rebel against being such. In the end, we are all fed the same exact story by them all… and not actually any entertainment or news. That story being of course “we are right and everyone else is wrong”.

Nothing is more boring and dull than the flagrant uneducated and uninformed intellect of a 12 year old with an 2 year old attitude. Yet somehow THAT is what we got from all corners. It is dangerous to society and truly eye opening in respect to the nature of our current condition.

This is why, like it or not, intense thought and bold conception of ideas is extremely important. Scholars, scribes, authors and poets of the ancient past established this very thing for protection of the individuals right to explore all ranges of perceivable thought and experience. We must flex those muscles within us or they atrophy to what we see clearly now in our world today.

Poetic thought isn’t about bashing any person, or judgment concerning who is right or wrong, or who is good or bad… but about WHAT is. It is about what works, what doesn’t, what idea leads to destruction and what principle leads to prosperity and peace!

THAT is the job of the ancient poets.

I will continue to boldly and strongly condemn all principles and ideas that lead to the destruction of our fellows. Those who choose those principles have every right to, and that is truly between them and their own conscience. I will continue to boldly and strongly bless all principles and ideas that bring about peace and growth and prosperity. And I will continue to do so in an artistic manner that will not be palatable by all, nor should it be.

For wisdom herself chooses who to visit and who to pass by. (Solomon)

A poet doesn’t call out people, but principle. You get enough finger pointing and blame of others from news and music and art and commentary… from the world.

So I thank you all for enduring some of my deeper outrageous posts. It is my hope to protect that right of ours to speak, to explore, to uncover and discover the purpose and meaning to this life we all live.

Above all, my way is of peace. Peace requires the greatest of warriors. This because peace is the enemy of darkness and lies and insanity. Peace is an impenetrable suit of armour, and Peace is bold and unafraid (Apostle Paul). Of those things will I speak until I am no longer able.
