Discovery of Belief
I believe the story and the message of the religions are far more intimate in nature than we have remembered.
I believe they do not stem from a relationship with something outside of us, but something that is a part of us, and designed for us.
I believe our relationship to one another is the very same as God’s relationship to us.
I believe nothing can be outside of God, and so everything we know and do not know, is God.
I believe that we all seek for something that we intuitively know to look for.
I believe the nature of our desire for God can be answered by our need for one another.
I believe we have both heaven and hell within us, just as God has all things within Him.
I believe our most intimate bonds are those that come the closets to our bond with our idea of God.
I believe the documentation about God, and the various messiahs like Jesus, is an example to us also of our relationship to our mates.
I also believe that these things matter to us all more than we have been willing to admit to ourselves.
