Before Us
Pride and Self-Deception – Even the righteous and learned often fail to see how their understanding is entangled with pride and misinterpretation of divine truth.
Divine Provision and Generosity – The earth and its resources were freely given by God, and man’s attempts to commodify them reveal a spiritual distortion.
Art, Knowledge, and Sharing – True discovery leads to joy and the impulse to share, showing our natural desire to reflect the Creator’s abundance.
The Path of Co-Creation – When humility replaces pride, man becomes a joyful co-creator, enhancing life for others and recognizing the divine source of all.

Before Us
Like the house dog who howls into the air “Look at this food I have made” after his master poured it into a bowl for him, So too is man in all his self praise of his accomplishments.
For the entire tasks of man is simply to “eat the fruit” all of that was put before him, from before his time, of things he did not make, of ideas that existed without him, of material and thought and arrangement far superior to anything man could consider. Many will argue this, even many such learned and righteous men. They will say men have a duty and choice and a labor to do! They will say God said so – and in the speaking of it they would be correct. Yet, they who would argue, even they do not understand their own understanding, for the Word of God has greater meaning than this. The scope of pride herein spoken eludes, for they cannot see their own.
As not one man can make anything from nothing, but only from all that which was already here! Nor can man claim any creation at all of anything but a combination of things already existing put together to form something he himself has not yet seen, but has been seen and known from times before.
Neither can man disassemble anything that he combined, so that it no longer exists, for every element of everything man combines to form a thing from his desire already existed before he assembled the thing into a form he claims he made.
As nothing new has been made for billions of years, from man’s consideration of time, and each and everything unknown to man, once become known, is merely a discovery of what is, what could be and what has been balanced and measured before. It is not a new creation, but a new discovery.
Truly I say, in no way has man ever made anything at all.
And he who compromises his own reason, with ideas that he can direct the outcomes, fulfil his own will, turn the tide of events, or master and mold the path before him as he sees fit, is of a magnitude of folly most difficult to measure. For even he will say… “Look though, with my wealth and power I can force my will upon people!” Yet the ignorance of time and the minuscule measure by which he can see a thing is at the very heart of his self delusion. For just as I can consider a different reality for a moment, so too can man believe he has created a different reality… and it too is but for a moment and precisely as fleeting.
Look to the earth, the minerals, the nutrients, the soil, rock, water, elements, and deeper into every tiny thing that makes up every tiny thing that makes up larger things we can see. Have they not been here all along? Look to that which grows and thrives, rooted in the earth, fed by the earth, watered by the skies, and nourished by the sun. Did man do any of this?
No, man simply made work and toil out of what already happens of its own accord! Man lines it up, measures it in rows and columns, packing it all tightly together unnaturally and then considers what worth it can give to himself. Then this thing the earth already did of its own, he sells to another man simply because he demands compensation for the toil he created for himself, which he causes others to pay for because of his own greed to hoard what the earth itself already gave freely!
And of art, and music, and song and thought – so too must man be compensated because of the ridiculous hoarding of worth and wealth by a very few men, who greedily desire all things for themselves that were made before they even existed. For when a song is sung, is it not heard by all who have ears? Is this not proof of the liberty and freedom of life that was poured into the bowl FOR US by the Creator of all things? When a tree bears fruit, can it not be plucked by all who have hands? Is this not proof of the intent of the gift of life given to man by our Master and Caretaker?
And who, when taking the elements that existed beforehand and arranging them in their discovery of the arrangements they made does not wish to immediately show it and share it with his fellows? Does an artist paint and keep hidden his work? Does a musician perform alone only to himself? Does a scientist find a new power by combining elements and not wish to shout to the whole world what he discovered? Eureka!
But man makes toil and work and worth and value and secrets and lies and markets and availability at his own discretion for his own gain in a completely unnatural way to the works and functions of the entire universe and even of those who laboured!
We have made nothing, and we have unmade nothing. We can labor and toil and scrape and hustle and delude ourselves to our very end in our vain attempts to worship those who convinced us they are more worthy and their way is the only way. We can do this to stroke our own egos that we matter, and we are great and we are righteous and we are powerful and we are all manner of lies we tell ourselves to deny our lack of power and the gnawing shame of it we try to hide from others. This is a fate of all pride we will not escape ultimately.
Or we can acknowledge that all good things, indeed all things, were placed before us by God, freely, and from the beginning… so then all our labours again become another gift by which we can say “Eureka”… Look at this cool thing I discovered by combining these other things that were given to me by God! Then we become co-creators, and enhancers of the lives of others who seek our help in their goals and desires. In turn this also enhances us, empowers us further, and opens doors no one could see before, but were always there waiting for us.
And our hearts, our belly, our spirit and our will rejoices at God who has filled us with awe and wonder at what we will discover next of His great Palace of Life.
