For Judah and Israel
Greetings to all the brethren in the Body of Christ.
I, a servant of our Lord, Christ Jesus and His Father in Heaven do come to you after the stillness, finding myself in grief over our brother Israel and Judah. That a man would enter into the House of God, during a bris, while a child is being devoted to the Covenant between Abraham and God, to slay men and women there with a gun has brought great sadness to my heart. How all the days of their lives will they remember the horror of this thing that took place, grieves me for them, because I too love our brother Israel and Judah.
As Christians, we must be open to offer our love to Israel, not just within our own borders, but also outside of them, even unto Jerusalem and across the whole world. For we as Christians were grafted into the olive branch of Israel, becoming inheritors of the promise of God from the beginning, which came also to us from the Messiah, our Lord Jesus Christ. In that time, did the Lord God of Israel also become our God, and Lord, as the Son of the Most High Father in Heaven did sacrifice His Life not just for His people, but made us also His People and His flock, even to the ends of earth of all flesh.
Remember, God sent His messengers, and they were beaten, and then He sent another, and they were cast out, and then He sent another and they were beaten and cast away, so He then sent His Son, who did pay the ultimate price for this unruly and rebellious culture of man, and did so not to condemn us for our great horrors, but instead to save us from them.
In the last few days, we have again been witness to the horror of man, which comes with the spirit of the evil one, seeking to devour and destroy and harm all the peoples of the earth. With rhetoric of insanity and plots within plots so that the men of the earth know not from where or why such things happen, do we of the body of Christ know already why and for what purpose it does. Indeed, likewise Israel and Judah are not without this knowledge and experience, for they have lived it a thousand times over. Still, is our hearts moved for our brothers and sisters and their children. These things are the very evils we have been foretold, and indeed villainy and evil has entered into the House of God many times throughout history, as it is still to this day.
So of these matters, again are we not to marvel, for they are known to be from the evil one, base and lowly. They who were taken in violence, are at rest now, in peace, and their spirits are with our Father in Heaven. They are safe. They who were spared still must live with the memory and horror of their experience and great loss. How many will tremble the next time they try to enter into the House of God? How many years shall it take to overcome? Ye though the Children of Israel have been of the stoutest of man, able to overcome more than most any other race, with power and might in their blood, are they still flesh and still suffering in great sadness in their hearts and spirits.
Therefore brethren, let each and every one of us pray to our Father in Heaven, asking for His protection and care and to bring “the comforter” to our brothers of the House of Israel and of Judah. Let us open the secret places of our heart for them, for we are as the workers who came late, and yet were still payed the same wage, and Israel has been labouring long, since the beginning. Our life blood came from them, and if their roots wither, so do ours, for we are bound to Israel by the very works and faith and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Father in Heaven. We have our work to do, and so also is there work to do of the House of Israel. Let us always remember that we are workers together.
Let us continue in our faith for those today who have had their faith rocked and wounded. Let us continue in our love for those today who have had their love doubted in themselves while their rage increases. Let us remember that it is not through earthly might or strength or weapons or rule that we do abide on this earth, but by every word that proceeds from Mouth of God. It is not for us to think that anyone, anywhere is deserving of what they have endured, for all of us have fallen short of righteousness. It is for us, as commanded by our Lord, that we love our neighbours as ourselves. Vengeance and Judgement and Righteousness belong to God, and only righteousness has He chosen to share with us, commanding the other two to Himself. We have the minds of men, and therefore we cannot be righteous in judgement, but we can be righteous in Love, and Faith, and Long-suffering, and Peace and Grace, and all the greatness of the law given to Moses for the Twelve Tribes of Israel, and then also to the Twelve Disciples of Jesus.
Let us remember, that this message IS the command of Jesus, that we go out into all the world, and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, of Jesus, of our Father in Heaven and of the Holy Spirit. Let us once again set about the works of righteousness, opening our doors, feeding the poor, helping the widow and the fatherless, turning men away from violence and strife back to the holy place of brotherly communion with one another. Let us set aside the borders of Christianity, and act AS ONE, for our Lord is ONE with God the Father, and His Body is ONE in which we dwell. Let us reach out to our brothers, all over the world, they of the first covenant, they of the second, and they who are not, and remind them of the peace of our Lord by our own example of loving them. Let us remember that we love another NOT by shoving our beliefs and laws and rules down their throats, but by living those laws and beliefs ourselves so that they may look upon us and desire also to know the how and why to which we are living. Then are we gaining another brother!
I do not like to be as those who pray to be seen, but today it is a day that we all should stop for a moment and speak words to our Father.
Dear Holy Father in Heaven, whose very name is the name of Holiness and of Righteousness, Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. We cry out to you today Father for our brothers and sisters from the House of Israel and Judah who have suffered great loss in these times of unrest among the peoples of the earth. We ask Father that you bring the Comforter to them, and to put wisdom and understanding into their hearts, so that they may rest in you as their fore-fathers did also. We reach to the beautiful psalms, remembering the heartache and triumph expressed within, that all of men have known sorrows, yet You who has also known sorrow did promise to bring aid in times of need, so that Your Love would always be established with Your people. Father, remember your Love of the Children of Israel, that they be not alone in this time without Your Mercy and Law. Open the eyes and ears of the rest of us, that we may give aid and faith to our brothers and sisters in their time of need. It is ours that we should stand together with them, your witnesses, that if one light dwindles, the other may give fire to them to uphold them also. You are that Flame of Holy Peace and Power and Might, and we are all your children Father. Guide us and Teach us of Your Will, that we may bring about a greater measure of Your Love than we have been doing previously. We thank You from our very depths that you have given us hope in You, and that You have not forgotten your people who love You also.
By the Faith and Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who opened the doors to speak unto you, we do Pray.
Amen.
