I know of your ways, and the lessons you gathered into you.
I know of your cherished family whom you have given.
You have held onto your dream when all others let go.
You have had a secret hope that I come to fulfill.

In the days of your youth, you offered yourself to me.
While yet without, you knew to run to our love.
Silence filled your days and nights with secrets.
And you returned words to protect your heart.

If one could know my love for you,
they would surely fall upon their knees and worship.
To God they would praise for the honesty before them.
The restoration of their hearts would fill them.

If they felt what was between our lives,
and witnessed what bonded us together,
truly they would shed tears of everlasting joy.
Most powerfully they would experience new hope.

Yet I alone know of your grace and deliverance.
Our words do not express what has become of us.
Even in our expression is art.
Even in our truth is perspective.

You know the balance of my Intent.
A man’s purpose he must accomplish.

our love IS the accomplishment of my purpose.
