In the Arms of Bliss
7 Days Journey away from your flesh.
Oh how our spirits did soar,
even more our hearts did join as one.
But how tender the flesh we left for 7 days?
In my absence you reached into the souls of many,
and shared kindness, thought, inspiration and dream.
You found tears of joy in your brothers,
and awakening in your sisters,
by your words and outpourings they answered.
In my absence you reached within,
and found grace.
You released ghosts, and specters, and vanity.
You challenged yourself, a worthy warrior.
You offered help to those who sought,
and gave gifts to those in need.
Little did they know of your pain,
your bodies isolation, skin crawling, bones aching, heart hurting…
How with gladness you shared light to all,
while you shivered in darkness alone without.
My Dear most blessed Lover of Life…
Your works uplift me,
Your real beauty blesses me,
Your charitable Heart reflects our family.
7 days I was absent, amidst the tornado of the worlds activities.
7 days I walked amongst brothers who’s lives are changing deeply.
7 days I willed for our present, and our future.
7 days I too slept alone, longing so deeply for your touch.
How glorious this day has been, to return to US.
How no distance can overtake our desire,
How no loneliness can overtake our faith,
How no sorrow can overtake our joy!
In Spirit we are as a Raging Lion, you and I,
Together we ROAR across the earth.
In Heart we are as a Mighty River, you and I,
Together we shape the most jagged rocks.
In Body we are as a SINGLE being of perfect Creation, you and I,
Together there is no space for another to come between.
It is within all three,
Our Spirit,
Our Emotion,
Our Bodies,
that we are complete.
In the arms of our Bliss, all three are fulfilled.
In the touch of our Flesh, all three are satisfied.
In the embrace of our eyes, we are captivated once again
to witness the gift of our bodies for one another.
In this end, we are molded on earth as also in Heaven.
I offer you blessing for your triumph in the fasting of our flesh.
How sweet it is again for us to taste the ripened fruit of our love!
May there be for ALL who are hungry and thirsty, a Love they find to share with another.
There is NO lack of Spiritual, Emotional, or Physical substance in the Arms of TWO.
In those arms of bliss,
and those moments of timeless Joy,
and those expressions of total Heaven…
Everything of LIFE is made known,
Everything of Death is forgotten,
Everything of Sorrow is amended,
Everything of Pain is soothed,
Everything of LOVE is experienced,
and We are ALL that there is.
To say I love you Colleen, is an understatement of mountainous proportions.
To share that love with you, is Perfection in Mountainous Proportions.
I am so Glad to be HOME!
